Coffee Roastery: Experience How Weaver's Roasts Coffee

    What is a Coffee Roastery?

A coffee roastery is where green coffee beans are carefully roasted to develop their flavor, aroma, and body. Roasting transforms raw coffee into the rich, aromatic coffee enjoyed in homes, cafés, and restaurants around the world.

At Weaver's Coffee & Tea, our California coffee roastery combines more than four decades of roasting experience with carefully selected Arabica coffee beans to produce consistently exceptional coffee.

Why Weaver's Coffee Roastery is Different

Great coffee begins long before it reaches your cup. It starts with carefully sourcing quality Arabica coffee beans, developing roast profiles that highlight each coffee's character, and roasting every batch with consistency and attention to detail.

For more than four decades, our master coffee roaster has refined the craft of coffee roasting. That experience allows us to create coffees that deliver rich flavor, smooth body, and exceptional consistency from one roast to the next.

    Our Roast Philosophy

At Weaver's Coffee & Tea, we believe roasting is about bringing out the best qualities of every coffee bean rather than masking them.

Our specialty is roasting premium medium, medium-dark, and dark roast coffee, that delivers balanced flavor, smooth body, and exceptional consistency. Every roast profile is developed to bring out the best characteristics of each coffee, whether brewed as drip coffee, espresso, French press, pour over, or cold brew.

    Why Fresh Roast Coffee Matters

Fresh roasting makes a noticeable difference in flavor and aroma. That's why we roast coffee in small batches and package every coffee in a premium six-layer valve bag that allows freshly roasted coffee to release natural CO₂ while protecting freshness.

The result is coffee that maintains its aroma, flavor, and quality from our roastery to your cup.

From Green Coffee to Fresh Roasted Coffee

Every coffee begins as a green coffee bean. During roasting, carefully controlled time and temperature transform those beans into the complex flavors and aromas coffee lovers enjoy.

Our roasting process focuses on consistency, allowing each coffee to develop its ideal balance of sweetness, body, and character while maintaining the qualities that make each blend unique.

    Mountain Water Process Decaf Coffee

Exceptional decaf coffee deserves the same attention as every other roast. Weaver's proudly offers Mountain Water Process decaf coffee, a water-based decaffeination method that helps preserve the coffee's natural flavor while removing most of the caffeine.

Our Mountain Water Process decaf coffees are available as whole bean or ground coffee and are roasted with the same care and attention as every coffee we produce.

    Roasting Coffee for Espresso

Espresso requires a different roasting approach than many traditional drip coffees. Our espresso blends are roasted to produce rich body, balanced sweetness, and smooth crema whether enjoyed as espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, or other espresso beverages.
